Official Rules — Pizza Shoppe "Gameday Experience" Sweepstakes
Sweepstakes Starts: 9/1/08 Sweepstakes Ends: 12/10/08 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: Promotion starts 9/1/08 and ends 12/10/08 ("Promotional Period"). 2. HOW TO ENTER: Complete online registration form. Limit one (1) entry per registered email address per day. No entries will be sold to or used by any third parties. 3. PRIZES: One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize shall be four (4) tickets to Kansas City Chiefs football game vs. Miami Dolphins on 12/21/08 plus to-be-determined amount of Pizza Shoppe pizzas, Coca-Cola 2-liter beverages and a Pizza Shoppe Social Size Salad. Approximate retail value (AVR) not to exceed $1,000. Winners may not substitute, transfer, or redeem their prize for cash. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal value for advertised prize for any reason. All federal, state, and local laws apply. 4. DRAWING: Winners will be selected by a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout promotion period. Drawing will be conducted on or about 12/15/08, and will be conducted by Pizza Shoppe whose decision shall be final and binding in all respects. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. 5. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Pizza Shoppe, vendors, affiliates, subsidiaries, and all immediate family and/or household members of such employees are ineligible. 6. WINNERS' NOTIFICATION/RELEASE: Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail on or before 12/15/08. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable within two (2) days of attempted notification, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Acceptance of prize constitutes winners' permission to use winners' names and likenesses for advertising/publicity purposes without further approval or compensation.
